KEY CLIENT MANAGER – LEASEHOLD BLOCK MANAGEMENT – HARROW ON THE HILL – £70K Harrow on the Hill This is an excellent prospect for an experienced and commercially minded Key Client Manager to take ownership of several high‑value client relationships across a well‑maintained leasehold portfolio. In this strategic, client‑facing role you will act as the main point of contact for freeholders, RMC/RTM directors and institutional clients—ensuring exceptional service delivery, proactive communication and long‑term client retention. You will work closely with senior leadership, property managers, finance and compliance teams to ensure service standards, KPIs and contractual obligations are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary relationship holder for key clients, ensuring smooth communication and high retention. Oversee service delivery across your allocated portfolio, working closely with property managers, accounts and compliance teams. Support the management of planned and reactive maintenance, budgets, major works and health & safety compliance. Attend client meetings, AGMs and strategic reviews, presenting reports, recommendations and performance updates. Monitor KPIs, SLAs and contractual performance, implementing improvements where required. Understand each client’s priorities and risk profile, ensuring tailored service delivery and proactive issue resolution. Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and strong first‑impression experience. Identify opportunities for service optimisation or portfolio growth. Escalate and resolve complex client matters sensitively and professionally. About You Experienced Senior Block Manager,



Client Relationship Manager or Key Account Manager within residential leasehold management. Strong working knowledge of leases, service charges, statutory requirements, Section 20 and building safety obligations. Confident communicator capable of managing senior stakeholders, including freeholders, RMC/RTM directors and developers. Commercial awareness with a focus on service quality, client retention and operational efficiency. Highly organised and solutions‑driven, with the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. IRPM/AssocRICS qualified (or working towards) preferred but not essential. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
