Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the member journey from onboarding to recognition
• Serve as a point of contact for sub-council members
• Manage records, documentation, and meetings effectively




• Support appeals, hearings, and engagement activities
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in services
Requirements:
• Experience in coordinating service processes
• Background in member or customer support
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in maintaining documentation professionally
• Familiarity with governance or committee environments
