• Collaborate with Clinical Management on staffing requirements
• Build and modify employee schedules using WFM software
• Update schedules to reflect actual time worked




• Communicate opportunities for operational improvements

Requirements:
• Post-Secondary Community College Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year scheduling experience in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in software and data entry
• Attention to detail and solid organizational skills
• Knowledge of collective agreements preferred
