Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market.Job ResponsibilitiesPOSITION SUMMARY:Assist with the development and continual updating of company policies and interpretation, including employee handbook, supervisors manual, etc.Maintains interaction and communication with government bodies, other organizations, etc.Acts as a resource/consultant to supervisors/managers with regard to policies, legislation, Employee’s Charter, etc. In conjunction with Manager, assists in the planning of key programs and activities (e.G. staffing, layoffs, etc.).Prepares and provides quarterly absenteeism report to supervisors.Acts as Department Supervisor in His/Her absence.Assists in the preparation of the yearly departmental budget.Responsible for the delivery of Human Resources activities in their assigned areas of responsibility,



including the following:Recruitment and hiringImmigration of offshore workersOrientation and TrainingMonitoring of job posting policyMonitoring of performance appraisal proceduresMonitoring of progressive disciplineTerminations, layoffs and exit interviewsMaintaining and administering pay equity structureMaintaining employee personnel filesDealing with employee concerns with respect to job security, fair treatment, safe and healthful workplace, competitive wages and benefits, equity participation and communication and informationAssisting supervisors/managers with the fair and reasonable implementation of company policies/proceduresMinimum Job RequirementsUniversity degree or College diploma in Human Resources.4-5 years directly related professional work experienceSkills And CompetenciesGood organizational, leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Mathematical/Analytical and proven problem-solving skillsCHRP designation or in process preferrable.Compensation Package And PerquisitesSalary band of $85,000 - $105,0002 Weeks Vacation after 6 months of employment, 4 Personal Paid Holidays and 2 Floater DaysAbility to lieu 40 hours of overtime for an additional paid week offComprehensive Health Benefits – Including health, dental, vision,
