The successful candidate will provide high-level design direction, oversee complex projects from concept through construction, mentor team members, and contribute to business development and client relationship management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design process from concept through construction documentation and contract administrationProvide senior design oversight on large, complex aviation projectsGuide and mentor project teamsCollaborate with project managers on scope, budgets, schedules, and staffingLead client meetings, presentations, and consultant coordinationEnsure compliance with applicable codes and regulatory authoritiesContribute to business development, proposal submissions, and client pursuitsSupport firm leadership in resourcing, performance management,
