We are seeking Medicine PhDs to contribute to a high-impact project with a leading AI research lab. This role offers competitive compensation of $65–$75/hour.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise to create challenging, real-world problems that help advance the capabilities of state-of-the-art large language models. Your work will directly inform the development of next-generation AI systems in medicine.

Ideal Qualifications

- Master’s or PhD in Medicine from a top university in the US or equivalent
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent proficiency in English
- Based in U.S., Canada, UK, Australia, or New Zealand

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate asynchronously with a team of domain experts
- Craft, solve, and review high-quality problems with real-world applicability
- Contribute 10–20 hours per week, with potential for increased hours and project extension
- Work fully remote and on a adaptable, asynchronous schedule
