You’ll be responsible for creating unique and effective solutions that stand out in function and design. A mechanical engineering background is essential, along with experience developing both hard and soft goods.Key Responsibilities1) Concept ExplorationIdeate and explore new product concepts based on product briefsSynthesize insights from physiotherapists, engineers, marketing, and manufacturing into product concepts.2) Product DevelopmentOwn the product vision and collaborate with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing to execute it.Manage timelines, ensure alignment, and oversee manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.3) Prototyping,



Testing & ValidationBuild and Iterate Across Fidelity Levels : Create and refine low-, mid-, and high-fidelity prototypes at different stages of development to evaluate fit, function, and overall usability.3D Modeling & Printing : Use basic CAD and desktop 3D printing to support rapid iterations and move progressively toward production-ready designs.Hands‑On and User Testing : Test prototypes in-house and with real users to gather performance, comfort, and usability insights.Incorporate Feedback : Run interviews and surveys, synthesize feedback, and apply learnings to inform design improvements.Validate for Production : Ensure final prototypes meet quality, durability, and manufacturability standards before handoff to manufacturing.Skills & ExperienceCreative Product Ideation : Generates innovative product concepts that align with product briefs and user needs.Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Strong communicator who works effectively with engineering, marketing, design, and manufacturing teams.Attention to Detail : Able to dive deep into product designs—down to the nuts and bolts—while also zooming out to ensure alignment with the overall product vision and strategy.Materials & Manufacturing Knowledge : Experienced in developing both hard and soft goods using a variety of materials and manufacturing methods.3D CAD Proficiency : Capable of creating basic 3D models to support prototyping and design iterations.Prototyping & 3D Printing :
