Lead engaging field sports activities with our camp as a Field Sports Activity Specialist. Ensure safety, enjoyment, and skill development for campers of all abilities in this dynamic role.
As a specialist reporting to the Head Counselor, you will plan and deliver fun, safe field sports programs including baseball, soccer, and more. Your responsibilities will include evaluating camper skills, handling equipment management, and upholding camp safety standards. This position requires experience in sports instruction, lively enthusiasm, and the ability to motivate both campers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and supervise secure, enjoyable field sports activities
• Organize schedules that cater to all camper age groups




• Evaluate camper and assistant staff abilities effectively
• Monitor safety procedures and equipment usage
• Participate in additional camp activities as needed
Requirements:
• Documented experience in field sports instruction
• Current First Aid Certificate/CPR
• Training in teaching children field sports
• Ability to maintain equipment safety and cleanliness
• Physical capability for active camper supervision
