In your role as the Manager of Sports Facilities and Recreation, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations at the Sports Dome, Gymnasium, and Pub. You will lead staff, develop innovative program strategies, and focus on enhancing services for students and the community. You'll take charge of budgeting, scheduling, and operational issues to create a vibrant recreational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff and approve working schedules
• Create and implement strategies for operational challenges
• Continuously enhance recreation offerings based on community needs




• Manage revenue-generating initiatives and respond to proposals
• Recruit and train personnel across various operations
Requirements:
• Diploma in Sports Recreation or related areas
• Five years experience in management or coordination
• Familiarity with scheduling software
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
