As a Registered Early Childhood Educator (R.E.C.E.), you will implement high-quality educational programs using the High/Scope® model and support children's development in a diverse workplace. Collaboration with families and adherence to the Child Care and Early Years Act are essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement High/Scope® curriculum effectively
• Observe and evaluate children's learning and behaviors
• Adapt programs for children with special needs
• Foster respectful communication with stakeholders
• Support children in independent living skills
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Member in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators
• 2 years of child care experience preferred
• Must hold Standard First Aid and CPR, level C
• Clean Police Vulnerable Sector Check
