• Drive team accountability towards sales targets
• Implement visual merchandising and promotional strategies
• Conduct visual audits to maintain company standards
• Manage inventory visibility and accessibility
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in a leadership retail position
• Strong coaching and inspiring abilities
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and retail systems
• Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays
