The Registered Nurse will report to the Manager and be responsible for providing comprehensive care to critically ill adults, children, and infants. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and evaluate emergency patients using evidence-based practices
• Implement therapeutic and rehabilitative care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
• Coach and mentor new staff and nursing students
• Participate in unit-specific projects and staff meetings
Requirements:
• Ontario College of Nurses registration or eligibility
• Current BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• 12-24 months emergency room or critical care experience
• Proficient in physical assessment and arrhythmia interpretation
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
