In this supportive role, you'll collaborate with a team to provide assistance with bathing, feeding, and transfers while demonstrating compassion and respect. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with bathing and personal hygiene for residents
• Transfer residents using appropriate lifting equipment
• Feed and assist residents with meal times
• Provide routine treatments under supervision
• Accompany residents to activities and therapy sessions
Requirements:
• One year experience in continuing care preferred
• Completion of recognized Personal Care Aide certification
• Active registration with CLHA
• Strong communication skills in English
• Knowledge of basic resident care practices
