As the company scales its activities, the CFO is seeking a senior finance leader with strong FP&A capability, hands‑on commercial experience, and exposure to day‑to‑day operations in mining or another flow‑through intensive industry. This role goes beyond oversight of reporting: it is a key internal partner to operations, budgeting, contract analysis, and financial planning as the organization prepares for its next phase of growth.ResponsibilitiesLead the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes across exploration and development activitiesProvide commercial support to operational leaders, including contract analysis, vendor negotiations, and spend evaluationBuild and refine the monthly budget‑to‑actuals process and develop meaningful management reportingPartner closely with the outsourced accounting provider (Sentinel) responsible for bookkeeping and month‑end closeStrengthen internal finance capability by bringing operational visibility into financial decision‑makingSupport policy development in areas such as flow‑through expenditures, tax filings, and documentationCollaborate with the CFO on strategic planning, project economics,
