In this full-time, on-site role, the Intermediate Engineer will contribute to power distribution system designs, focusing on industrial and utility projects. You’ll lead technical implementation, develop specifications, and ensure project compliance. This position facilitates skilled growth while working with Project Managers and technical staff to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical design under Project Manager’s direction
• Develop specifications and cost estimates for projects
• Perform equipment sizing and power system simulations
• Produce detailed design documentation meeting standards
• Interface with clients and vendors on technical issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering
• P.Eng. certification required in Alberta
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas, Electrical Utility sectors
• Strong communication and organizational skills
