The Member Service Representative role is integral to DUCA's commitment to its Members. Focusing on exceptional service delivery, you will assist Members in navigating their financial options while building lasting relationships. This position combines effective communication and organizational skills to enhance each member's experience and ensure they feel valued and understood.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality service to all Members and customers
• Assess individual Member needs and recommend solutions
• Manage cash transactions and account maintenance




• Adhere to operational policies for asset protection
• Work collaboratively to drive branch performance
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Undergraduate degree is a plus
• Relevant experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in banking
• Solid cash handling capabilities and computer literacy
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks while focusing on Member needs
