High School diploma required 1-3 years of experience in a similar role Bilingual (French/English) required Excellent communication and writing skills for clear specifications and reports Ability to manage multiple activities and tasks under time constraints How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Knowledge of Tandem and Base-24 systems Familiarity with credit card operations and regulations (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, etc.) Solid problem-solving and investigation skills We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
