The Maintenance Attendant is tasked with performing highly diversified maintenance activities, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Troubleshoot and fix mechanical issues promptly
• Organize maintenance projects and update documentation




• Conduct regular inspections of equipment functionality
• Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces
Requirements:
• 2-4 years’ experience in maintenance or labor roles
• Formal maintenance training or certification preferred
• Able to utilize common tools and machinery
• Robust verbal communication and detail orientation
