• Lead daily food and beverage operations across outlets
• Train and onboard new F&B; managers effectively
• Monitor and optimize labor management practices
• Collaborate on menu engineering and beverage programming
• Prepare activity and operational reports for leadership
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years in senior F&B; operations
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven experience in P&L; management
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge
• Pro Serve Certificate required
