Extendicare seeks a dedicated Activity Aide/Programmer with a background in recreation, therapeutic recreation, or gerontology. You will assess activation needs, implement therapeutic programs, and enhance community interaction. Your efforts will contribute to meaningful resident experiences and quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement therapeutic resident programs
• Assess and document participant needs and progress
• Facilitate community and family interactions

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
