Content Designer - Proficient

- Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid - (Onsite 4-5 days per week)
- Pay Rate : $49.02/hr - $57.89/hr
- Contract Length: 12 months.

We at Raise are hiring a Content Designer - Proficient for one of our top clients. After establishing themselves as an industry leader, they’re now expanding their team to meet rising demand.

Responsibilities

- Create and document content that meets our mobile standards (brief, consistent, transparent)
- Work with other designers to research and identify the client and business need
- Create and evaluate potential solutions
- Create, test and translate the content
- Support their cross-functional partners: product managers, project managers, business analysts, developers and quality assurance teams while designing and building the solution

Must have skills

- Demonstrated writing and editing skills
- Some experience with Figma
- Some experience in mobile-first and/or UX content
- Basic understanding of product design
- Some usage of AI as a tool

Nice to have skills

- Has designed agentic experiences




- Has worked with large design teams and multiple stakeholders (Product/Business/Technical partners)
- Confluence, Jira experience
- Has worked on content strategy projects
- Basic, working knowledge of written French to spot translation issues
