As part of the Service team reporting to the HVAC Service Manager, you’ll ensure efficient installations and maintain the overall quality of service. Your technical skills will shine as you resolve issues and assist customers with the O’Dell product range effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide customers on O’Dell HVAC product features
• Start up and commission systems alongside contractors
• Troubleshoot issues through virtual and phone support
• Work with Sales to assist on product layouts
• Provide on-site support during installations and maintenance
Requirements:
• Licensed Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic required
• Preferably a Class 1 Gas Fitter license
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean record
• 3-5 years of HVAC service experience necessary
• Solid attention to detail and communication skills
