In this current role, as a Senior Consultant and integrator of corporate governance, process transformation, performance management, technology implementation and business strategy, our Finance Effectiveness professionals work with our clients’ finance executives to optimize shareholder value and transform the finance function.ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively in teams to analyze client issues and interview key personnel.Develop recommendations and presentations for client engagements.Support teams in delivering value to clients across a wide variety of projects. budgeting and planning, financial reporting, financial performance management, analytics and data modelling, and business case development.Experience with, or interest in, acquiring knowledge of systems and technologies that support the finance function, such as Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365, SAP, Oracle, Blackline, Workiva, etc.Strong commitment to professional client service excellence.Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving.Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.Canadian travel required; occasional international travel.
