This role involves working with large volumes of telephony data, building data pipelines, and enabling real-time and historical insights into customer interactions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Python-based ETL pipelines to process call center data from platforms like Genesys, NICE, or Five9.Integrate and transform structured and unstructured data (e.G., call logs, transcripts, sentiment scores).Build APIs and data services to support real-time analytics and reporting.Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver scalable solutions.Implement data quality checks, logging,
