Become a vital part of HF Care as a Korean or Tagalog-speaking Clinician in North York on a casual, on-call basis. Provide culturally rooted mental health counseling to East Asian youths and families.
In this role under the Manager of Psychotherapy, you'll deliver evidence-based services in both the Counselling Clinic and Walk-In Counselling Clinic. The position emphasizes relationship-centered care, focusing not just on delivering services, but on enhancing the quality of mental health support across communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare by reviewing relevant case notes before appointments
• Apply various evidence-based treatment approaches
• Schedule and complete follow-up appointments with approval
• Document counselling session notes accurately
• Participate in monthly clinical supervision meetings
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling Psychology
• Minimum 3 years of direct service delivery experience
• Membership in a qualified regulatory body
• Proficiency in English and Korean or Tagalog required
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
