We are looking for an experienced Desktop Systems Technologist to support a large-scale Microsoft Cloud migration project. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in endpoint management, automation, Microsoft 365 administration, and Windows 11 deployment.

Must-Have Skills:

- Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Management & Advanced Windows 11 Support)
- Automation of server maintenance, patching, monitoring, backups, and deployments
- Windows 11 deployment, updates, and endpoint support

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Strong customer service and end-user support experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Automate server maintenance, monitoring, backups, and deployments.
- Manage Microsoft Intune inventory, endpoint compliance,



and patching.
- Deploy and manage Windows 11 devices using Windows Autopilot.
- Create and deploy application packages through Intune.
- Configure Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, and automated account provisioning.
- Implement endpoint security and Microsoft Defender integration.
- Provide advanced desktop and Microsoft 365 end-user support.
- Improve operational efficiency through automation and scripting.

Preferred Certifications:

- SC-300: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- SC-900: Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals

Public Sector experience is preferred.
