You will design and develop Amazon Connect solutions while collaborating with architects, stakeholders, and engineering teams. Your role includes building integrations with enterprise applications, configuring contact flows, and troubleshooting issues. This is a full time, permanent position requiring you to be onsite in Toronto 2-3 days per week for effective collaboration.
