We are seeking a Senior Systems Support Analyst to serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technology development teams within the Canadian Banking Products Engineering team.

Responsibilities

Understand business processes and technology landscape, maintaining a comprehensive view of domain system needs.

Document technical specifications accurately for both system and process changes.

Ensure sign-off and completeness of technical requirements from technology and business owners.

Investigate and resolve incidents independently; escalates complex issues as required.

Build relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts across technology and business areas.

Prepare detailed progress reports and timely communications to key stakeholders and domain leads.

Maintain strong knowledge of the product backlog and coordinate with the domain team to assign system requirements to appropriate technology teams.

Provide support and guidance during test validation, implementation, and transition to steady-state maintenance.

Qualifications

University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst in a complex enterprise environment.





Ability to decompose high-level requirements into actionable, structured insights.

Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment.

Strong verbal, written, and troubleshooting skills.

Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, system architecture design, data mapping, and system flows.

Proficiency with Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
