Lead Methanex’s sustainability efforts as a Senior Analyst in Vancouver, BC. Manage comprehensive ESG reporting, Scope 3 emissions, and key sustainability projects while aligning with industry standards.
This role reports to the VP of Investor Relations and focuses on refining the annual Sustainability Report process and enhancing transparency in ESG disclosures. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure aligned communication and comprehensive tracking of environmental regulations impacting Methanex. Your contributions will support our sustainability initiatives at a pivotal time for corporate responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the annual Sustainability Reporting cycle effectively
• Optimize report content with guidance from leadership




• Supervise external consultants for report development
• Maintain alignment with regulatory frameworks and stakeholder needs
• Track and improve ESG rankings from rating agencies
Requirements:
• Degree in Sustainability or Business
• 5+ years in environmental management or ESG programs
• Experience with public companies and senior leadership
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with superior organizational abilities
