In this in-person role, you will assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions from our diverse offerings. Engaging with clients will be a key part of your job, utilizing your expertise to build trust and deliver comprehensive coverage. You will also handle processes such as renewals and cancellations while ensuring meticulous record-keeping and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process ICBC and optional insurance renewals accurately
• Use CRM systems to maintain detailed client information
• Conduct in-depth reviews of clients’ insurance coverage




• Drive sales and exceed retention targets through strong techniques
• Manage payments and follow up on outstanding balances
Requirements:
• Level 1 license preferred or willingness to train
• Experience in BC insurance industry preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid sales techniques to meet goals
