As a Case Counsellor Specialist, you will engage directly with clients in the Homeward Bound program, applying your case management skills to assess needs, set goals, and develop actionable plans. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized action plans
• Facilitate client participation in training and internships
• Liaise with children’s services and social services

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
• Registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers
• Two years of case management experience with marginalized women
