Join the Camrose Pediatric Specialty Clinics as a Psychologist I, offering assessments and support for children with various developmental challenges. You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team in Camrose, Alberta.
In this part-time, regular position, you will provide cognitive and psychoeducational assessments to children facing autism, developmental coordination, and behavioral challenges. Collaborating with health professionals, you'll play a crucial role in treatment planning and program development. Your expertise will also support frontline thérapeutes and social workers, contributing to the overall well-being of your clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct psychological assessments and screenings for children
• Provide intervention plans and rehabilitation strategies
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams
• Supervise psychometrists and psychology students
• Participate in program and policy development initiatives
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Psychology from an accredited program
• Registration or eligibility with the College of Alberta Psychologists
• Experience working with children and families preferred
• Valid driver's license and vehicle required
