Work with Paladin Security in a Patient Monitoring role for hospitals in Red Deer and its vicinity. This full time on-call position emphasizes patient safety while demonstrating exceptional customer service.
As a crucial team member in the Patient Watch role, you will monitor patients posing safety risks and ensure secure surroundings for all. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential. Obligatory Security Training will be provided, along with First Aid certification for those without prior training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Vigilantly monitor patient health and safety
• Utilize effective de-escalation techniques
• Maintain comprehensive logs of all reported incidents




• Communicate site activities via radio and computer
• Ensure discreet handling of confidential patient information
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• First Aid and CPR - Level C Certification required
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License necessary
• Open availability including weekends and nights
• Keen attention to detail and strong communication skills
