With a focus on optimal outcomes, your expertise in nursing theory will support clinical staff in evidence-informed decision making and best practices in patient care at our Southport location.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver clinical education sessions
• Collaborate with staff to identify learning needs
• Conduct quality improvement initiatives
• Mentor students and staff on nursing processes
• Engage in interprofessional collaboration for improved care
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is essential
• At least 3 years clinical experience in relevant fields
• Strong communication and teaching skills required
• Adult education certification is considered an asset
• Valid driver's license for inter-site travel
