NADG is seeking a Payment Services Manager to oversee treasury operations across Canadian and US entities. This pivotal role bridges finance and operations while enhancing cash management.

As Payment Services Manager, reporting to the Director, Business Processes & Systems, you will manage payment operations and treasury processes. This includes maintaining banking relationships, cash-flow monitoring, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Your expertise in payment processing and financial controls will be instrumental in ensuring accurate and timely execution of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage payment and treasury operations across entities • Oversee daily cash positioning and liquidity monitoring • Serve as primary liaison between departments and senior leadership • Own bank account administration and key relationships • Lead reconciliation and settlement processes

Requirements: • 4-5 years in treasury or payment operations • Solid understanding of cash management and forecasting • Experience with banking relationships across jurisdictions • Excellent communication and coordination skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
