ResponsibilitiesFacilitate workshops with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunitiesAnalyze state processes and design future state automated workflows suitable for unattended executionCreate and maintain Process Design Documents (PDD) documenting:Process scope, inputs, outputs, and exceptionsAs Is and To Be process flowsBusiness rules and dependenciesCreate and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDD) detailing:Technical architecture and integration approachData sources, APIs, and system interactionsError handling, logging, and resiliency patternsDesign and develop Power Automate Cloud Flows utilizing APIs, connectors, and structured data to support reliable system to system integrationDevelop Power Automate Desktop flows for unattended automation of legacy or UI based systems where APIs are not availableLeverage AI Builder and Copilot Studio to support document processing, decision logic, and intelligent workflow orchestrationImplement enterprise best practices for:Modular and reusable automation designEnvironment separation (Dev/Test/Prod)Secure credential and access managementSupport testing activities including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testingDeploy automations to production and provide post deployment monitoring, optimization, and supportProduce solution documentation and operational runbooks to support ongoing maintenance and support teamsContribute to the continuous improvement of automation standards, patterns, and governance within ITQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience4+ years of experience in process automation, RPA, or software development2+ years of hands on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power AutomateSkillsStrong experience with Power Automate Cloud and Desktop flowsDemonstrated ability to analyze and document business processes and technical solutionsExperience producing professional PDD and SDD artifactsExperience integrating automations using APIs, connectors, and structured dataWorking knowledge of SQL for data retrieval and manipulationStrong problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently in a matrixed enterprise environmentAssets (Nice to Have)Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL400, PL600)Experience with Dataverse and setting management strategiesExposure to Agile / Scrum delivery modelsFamiliarity with ITIL based operational support modelsThe expected compensation range for this position is $88,352 - $121,484. This range includes base pay and target variable pay. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We also consider internal equity to ensure fair and consistent pay practices.
