Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure a safe overnight living environment
• Deliver positive behavior support and training
• Facilitate life skills development for residents
• Carry out physical lifts and transfers as needed
• Participate in ongoing educational opportunities
Requirements:
• Certificate in an approved Health Care Program
• Experience in community care or related fields
• Non-violent Crisis Intervention Certification
• Criminal Record and TB Test Clearance
• Positive written and verbal communication skills
