In this casual role, you will work under the supervision of a Staff Nurse to meet individual resident needs. Key responsibilities include providing personal care, assisting with transfers, and aiding in mobility to ensure comfort and well-being for each resident. Your contributions will foster a supportive setting while adhering to strict safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Bathe, shower, and wash residents to promote well-being
• Assist with transfers using appropriate equipment and techniques
• Feed residents according to individual dietary needs




• Provide routine treatments as directed by the Nurse
• Accompany residents to activities within the facility
Requirements:
• One year of experience in continuing care preferred
• Completion of a recognized PCA/HCA Certificate Course
• Active registration with CLHA of Alberta
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Post-secondary education considered an asset
