The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years in tool engineering and solid experience in high-speed machining.
Your role will involve interfacing with both suppliers and product engineering to ensure safety and productivity. Effective management of the purchasing system and documentation is crucial for this position. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure continuous improvement in safety and quality
Interface with suppliers and product engineering teams
Validate equipment run-off capabilities
Prepare plans for machine try-out parts
Lead cooperative engineering initiatives Requirements:
Five years’ experience in tooling and machining
Robust tooling expertise, including speeds and feeds
Ability to adapt to diverse team dynamics
Excellent communication and leadership skills
