Responsibilities
Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires to ensure safety and optimal vehicle performance
Conduct oil changes, fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and other routine maintenance tasks
Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete repairs accurately and safely
Assist customers by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance or products
Perform heavy lifting of tires and equipment safely during service procedures




Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use
Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with industry standards

Qualifications
Prior experience in a dealership or automotive repair shop is highly preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity using hand tools and power tools
Experience with automotive repair, tire installation, and routine maintenance tasks
Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day in a safe manner
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
Basic understanding of automotive systems and maintenance procedures
Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the automotive service industry
