Position Overview
Our Web & Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and assisting with maintenance of the website, search engine optimization, and online advertising platforms. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, high level of organization, solid communication, customer service skills and commitment to quality control will be essential in meeting the guidelines of this position.
Key Responsibilities
Website Maintenance: Assist with updating content as requested. Ensure that all content is enhanced as best possible for search engine optimization while maintaining a customer friendly experience that matches the existing framework of the site, including all design elements.
Digital Marketing:
Assist with management of the Google Advertising platform, including coordinating ongoing campaigns and providing monthly reports.
IT Support: Assist with resolution to individual station issues and complete software updates as requested.
Office Administration: Assist the General Manager with day-to-day tasks as needed.
Representation: Represent Blackfin Doors and Gates within the community, maintaining professionalism and meeting all customer service guidelines.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in web development and digital advertising required, preferably in a service-related field.
Organization: Must be able to coordinate multiple responsibilities simultaneously and successfully while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Programs: Must have a high level of competency in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks Desktop.
Driver’s License: Valid Class 5 Driver’s License is preferred, and clean driver’s abstract.
