Author and ship code and infrastructure as code
Analyze platform use cases and infrastructure gaps
Evolve internal LLM strategy with guardrails and observability
Supervise and mentor engineering teams for optimal output

Proven experience as a senior engineering leader
Familiarity with frontier LLM technology and tools
Solid track record of strategic roadmap development
