Position Overview

As a WrapZone Team Member, you are the face of the brand. You will be responsible for preparing food, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. This role requires energy, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
Greet every customer with a friendly and positive attitude
Take orders accurately and efficiently
Provide menu recommendations and answer questions
Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly

Food Preparation
Prepare wraps, bowls, and smoothies according to WrapZone standards
Follow portion control and presentation guidelines
Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stocked

Operations
Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions
Maintain cleanliness of front and back-of-house areas
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
Follow opening and closing procedures

Food Safety & Hygiene
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines (BC health standards)




Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Properly handle food, equipment, and utensils

Qualifications
Previous food service experience is an asset (not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Flexible availability (including evenings and weekends)

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.25 per hour
