Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee the shipping of lumber produced on-site to other divisions and direct to customer via truck and container as well as managing inventory and monitoring order completion.
Duties
Manage shipping and receiving documentation within our lumber inventory management system (LISA, Microsoft Excel)
Assist accounting team with basic payables entries when available
Qualifications
Proven experience in forestry/manufacturing operations, shipping & receiving, or related roles
Familiarity with inventory management systems
Basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and calculations
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
