Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver/Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring accuracy and safety throughout all operations.

Duties
Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse
Receive incoming shipments by verifying quantities against purchase orders and/or customer bills of lading
Prepare outgoing shipments by accurately picking orders and ensuring proper packaging and labeling for safe delivery
Load and unload trucks efficiently while maintaining safety standards and minimizing damage or errors
Assist in inventory management through regular organization of storage areas
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
Maintain a clean,



organized workspace to promote safety and operational efficiency

Qualifications
Proven experience operating forklifts or similar warehouse equipment with valid certification preferred
Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures within a warehouse distribution setting
Experience with order picking and load/unload processes in a rapid-paced environment
Basic math skills for counting inventory and verifying shipment details
Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and best practices for equipment operation
Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
