In this permanent full-time role, you will be an integral part of the Alternatives Administration team, driving reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio. Collaborate with global investment teams to support the timely delivery of critical data, while facilitating performance reporting and portfolio analysis.

You'll manage four direct reports and directly influence the overall reporting strategy across the company's locations.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan reporting delivery on investment activities
Implement processes for accurate alternative investment data




Oversee global and regional compliance reporting
Manage prospective evaluation with external partners
Coach and mentor team members for growth opportunities

Requirements:
University degree in finance or related field
CPA or CFA designation required
7+ years of experience in finance or investment
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects
