Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Food Truck Staff. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food truck.
Availability: Weekends and Holidays are mandatory
Duties:
Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food truck, including food preparation areas and serving counters
Assist with food preparation, such as chopping vegetables, grilling meats, or assembling sandwiches
Operate POS system to process orders and track sales
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during peak hours
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the food truck
Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed
Skills:
Cash handling experience and ability to perform basic math calculations accurately
Knowledge of food service procedures and best practices in the food industry
Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and payment transactions
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Robust time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting, supporting colleagues as needed
