We're Hiring: Outside Sales Specialist – Staffing Industry (Greater Toronto Area)

Salary: $70,000-$80,000 annually + Monthly Gas Allowance + Residual Commissions + Health Benefits

Yes Staffing Solutions Ltd. is expanding in the GTA, and we're looking for a driven Outside Sales Specialist who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and closing deals.

If you have experience in the staffing industry or strong connections within distribution centres, warehouses, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain operations , we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

- Generate new business through in-person visits and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution centre decision-makers.
- Schedule client meetings and present our staffing solutions.
- Identify hiring opportunities and develop long-term client partnerships.
- Negotiate staffing agreements and close current business.
- Work closely with our recruitment and operations teams to ensure exceptional client service.
- Represent the company at networking events,



trade shows, and industry functions.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently exceed sales targets.

What We're Looking For:

- Previous staffing industry sales experience is a strong asset.
- Existing network within distribution centres, warehouses, or manufacturing facilities is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing your own territory.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the GTA.
