Position Overview

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring bottles are manufactured and packaged according to quality standards, customer requirements, and food safety expectations. Through inspections, testing, documentation, and team member support, this role helps maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, SQF, and company quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing

- Perform quality inspections and testing to ensure products meet specifications
- Complete quality, sanitation, and HACCP documentation accurately each shift
- Monitor production processes and identify quality concerns or GMP non-compliance
- Support SQF, HACCP, and food safety programs across the facility
- Train and reinforce quality expectations with Pack Operators and Material Handlers
- Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment




- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and operational performance
- Perform testing using quality equipment, including the Avbis 3000 as assigned
- Partner with Production and Quality teams to investigate and resolve issues
- Support additional quality initiatives and projects as assigned

What We're Looking For

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or quality workplace
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting preferred
- GMP, HACCP, or SQF experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math and computer skills
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and up to 12-hour shifts as needed
