CPA Manager – Public Accounting

Ingersoll, Ontario | In-Person

McRobert's Skilled Corporation is looking for a CPA Manager to join our growing public accounting firm in Ingersoll, Ontario. This is a full-time salaried position designed around approximately 1,500 total working hours per year — not 1,500 billable hours.

The successful candidate will work directly with the firm owner and take on a meaningful role in reviewing client engagements, supporting staff, managing client relationships, and helping shape the future of the practice.

What we’re looking for:

- Canadian CPA designation in good standing
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience working in a Canadian public accounting firm
- Strong experience with compilation engagements, corporate tax returns and personal tax returns
- Ability to review files and provide guidance to junior staff
- Strong communication, organizational and client-service skills
- Currently residing within reasonable commuting distance of Ingersoll, Ontario
- Legally authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship
- Able to work regularly from our Ingersoll office
